My Vision for Ministry
As I preach revivals, Sunday School revivals, lead church growth conferences, etc., I will
be available if the Pastor would like for me to meet on Sunday afternoon with Sunday
School workers. I will also meet with the church staff during the weekday afternoons to
share with them the principles and practices that have enabled us to see churches grow
over the last forty-one years. Since Joan has been church secretary, pastor's secretary,
and office manager, she can help the secretarial staff during the meeting if desired. Both
Joan and I have directed choirs. In our last three churches, Joan has directed the adult
choirs, resulting in sixty-six to seventy-two in attendance.
